We are a registered non-profit organization. 

Mission Statement

Our mission is to maintain the operational sustainability of the Pontypool Community Centre. We generate revenue from hall rentals, fundraising events, monetary grants and donations. Through our collective acts of volunteerism, we strive to maintain a modern community centre to be used as a public meeting place to facilitate programs and community-based activities that fosters meaningful social interaction to enhance the overall quality of life in our community. We are motivated by a shared belief that the publicly owned Pontypool Community Centre must be preserved within our community.

Volunteering

If you would like to volunteer and have special skills that you can share with us or volunteer in general,

 if only for a few hours call the hall or send email  or attend our monthly meeting every first Wednesday of the month at 7.00pm. 

Up-Coming Events

 Euchre Tournament on the last friday of the month.

$10 per player, Prizes Awarded/  Coffee, Tea & Light lunch provided.

Registration not required, but appreciated for food numbers. Call 705-277-2302 for more information or questions.

Pontypool Community Centre is one of the few remaining non-profit Community Centre's  in Ontario. And we are very proud of it!

All earnings are put back into the hall  

We offer hall rentals for weddings, family reunions, dances, youth activities, business meetings and much more! 

Pontypool Community Centre has an air-conditioned, self-catering hall available to rent for your special event. 

The hall comes equipped with tables, chairs and kitchen facilities.
